Day 1-

Today we are filtering our likes and good at and finding our passion.

Day -2 

 Organic food producer's  Education qualifications:- 

In this field, a Degree level is not usually required, but an associate or bachelor's degree may be important. The degree field is related to Agriculture, organic agriculture.

Experience: If you want to get a job soon, it's better to have experience in farming. How to deal with people in different areas, horticulture is required.

Process of Organic Certification in India. 

 

•  Receipt of application by an accredited organic certification body from the farmer.

• The certification body provides standards and operational documents to the farmer(s).

• There is an agreement of roles and commitments between the farmer and the body.

Salary Expectation of organic food producer:- 

According to the International Fund for Agriculture and Development (IFAD), India has more than 15,000 certified organic farms. 

Salary depends on our skills. the same field someone is earning more or someone is earning less so, we can expect that if we are good in this field.

 They can earn an average of ₹20 lakhs per year, mostly ranging from ₹10 lakhs to 48 lakhs per year based on 38 profiles. The top 10% of employers earning more than ₹ 35 lakhs per year.

Every employer wants to grow their business, so like organic food company's employers also want to grow their business by making people healthy and fit.

That’s why they are focusing on Growing healthy food with minimum expenses because nowadays the organic food market is growing so opponents are also taking the market and many people are interested in spending money on organic food production.

That is the reason employers need the best market strategy and the best workers in their business. We know that if we use manpower in the correct way, they can grow very natural food with less effort and less time.

Challenges

Financial problem:- 

The financial problems are always not better than any field or any work.

According to IFOAM, “Organic agriculture is a production system that sustains the health of soils, ecosystems and people.

Many types of problems are here which are related to finance……..

1. Organic farmers are facing a lot of problems in India including financial problems. 

2. Farmers are facing financial difficulties during the conversion period to Organic farming. 

3. Study with 50 organic farmers who are certified in INDOCERT.

4. Descriptive analysis has been used to understand the different types of financial problems faced by Organic farmers in Wayanad. 

5. Study found that financial problems due to climatic change are the main problem faced by the organic farmers in Wayanad for both small and medium farmers. 

6. The last, not the least affected problem is financial problems during the certification procedure.

Societal pressure:- 

A person who wants to do a job in an organic food company but when he realized who feel that society is evaluating this kind of job as a lower job then they move on a different kind of job, Because lack of information and guidance people or society are thinking that's kind of job is a very lower-division job and they never support to this kind of job, we know that society supports which kind of job or work is very respectful which is very popular in that time or very high paid jobs. That is a major reason very few people are interested in working in organic food production.

Parental pressure:- 

A person who wants to become an organic food producer and his family sometimes makes pressure but who knows it’s important they can understand. We have to convince them of our solution. With time we have to go for a job in this profession because we have to feed our family. 

 Day 3

In what ways do you see your pretend passion benefiting your community at large?

Now day People feeling weakness day by day here is a reason of thing and the reason is that most people using Chemical-based vegetables and products, so that's why I want to provide healthy Organic foods which have real-time vitamins which our body wants when people use them it will make them healthy and fit also which is a great achievement for us.

Organic foods usually do not contain toxic substances as they do not use harmful substances like chemicals, pesticides, drugs, preservatives. The body's immunity is also strengthened by the consumption of organic food. It tastes better and is considered beneficial for glowing skin.

Organic foods will help to make the community strong physically and mentally also. It will make able people to fight with disease and definitely, they will defeat the disease. So this step will very beneficial for our community.

When you look back After 50 years look back upon your life, how would you like yourself to be remembered for your contributions to society, country, and world?

I think 50 years later, by the time I look back on the past things I've done in my life, I will realize that together with responsible people I will create healthy and chemical-free pure natural food and vegetables at a very low cost. All over the world, Food items will be delivered to the people, which will become people living a disease-free and happy life so that people can get more and more vitamins, minerals and essential things, which are sufficient to make the body healthy food and vegetables will reach people in a correct quantity so that people all over the world will be living a disease-free and happy life by eating pure ingredients and vegetables at a cheap and low price, then maybe this will be a small step of mine, maybe even after 50 years, the whole world will be able to remember me in their prayers.
